Privacy Policy

Touch Advocacy is built for civic action without surveillance theater. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your privacy.

Our privacy commitment

Touch Advocacy is designed to be private by default. The app experience is 100% private and anonymized, and we do not sell your data, ever.

What we collect

How telemetry is handled

Telemetry is anonymized and used only to improve Touch Advocacy. We do not use telemetry to identify you, track you across other apps or websites, or build advertising profiles.

What we never do

Location and district matching

If you provide location access or a ZIP code, we use that information to show the correct elected officials. You can revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Third-party links

Touch Advocacy may link to external sites, including government resources. Those services have their own privacy policies and data practices.

Data retention

We keep only the anonymized telemetry and diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the app. We retain data for no longer than necessary for those purposes.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below.
