Hi — I’m Joey. I spend my days building software for the political world, which is a polite way of saying I turn chaos into clean UX.

My mission has always been to amplify the voices of individuals in their communities — to ensure they’re heard, felt, and empowered as active participants in the legislative and regulatory arenas. What fuels me is a deep respect for the individual: their motivations, values, and the forces that spark them to action.

I’ve spent the last decade building services and products that help the largest, most influential organizations in the world be heard on Capitol Hill. Touch Advocacy is me doing the same thing for the regular Joe — built on nights and weekends using publicly available, free resources.

The goal was simple: make Congress more accessible to everyday Americans. With access to the entire congressional directory, it takes less than 5 seconds to make a phone call and be heard on whatever issue you care about.
